I’m not receiving SMS

Confirm your phone number (E.164 format, e.g., +1XXXXXXXXXX) and that SMS is enabled on your plan. Check carrier reception and that you haven’t replied STOP to our outbound number, +18474816476. Alerts feel delayed or missing

Look in the Alerts dashboard to confirm the alert exists and the timestamp. SMS depends on carrier traffic. If you consistently encounter issues regarding the deliverability of alerts, please contact us via live chat or by email at [email protected]

Too many alerts

Reduce noise by disabling low-impact advisories and keeping Warnings and Watches. This can be accomplished from the Dashboard.
